I couldn't believe how incredible the views were from the room! The crackers at night were a delightful touch, and the super-king bed was a dream. However, the room setup between the living room and bedroom was not ideal.

The service was on another level, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist. The location, high in the mountains of Munduk, was simply fantastic, providing breathtaking views and a sense of tranquility. The dining experience was super delicious, with a great selection of Indonesian food to enjoy. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly memorable.

I was blown away by the stunning rooms with excellent views, filled with delightful touches like bath salts, cookies, and a comfortable bed. The private outdoor shower and terrace with a beautiful view made my stay amazing.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were beautifully themed with Balinese decor, and we were lucky to be upgraded to the Coffee Villa. However, the rooms quickly attracted flying and biting bugs, and being far from the main areas meant having to rely on the complimentary buggy, which took away some convenience.
I couldn't have asked for a better room location. It gave me stunning views of the valley and mountains; it felt like being right in the heart of nature. However, reaching the location was a bit challenging. The service was top-notch, with staff who were not only exceptionally helpful and professional but also well-versed in sustainability issues. The dining experience, though tasty, could use a bit more variety. The facilities were great, especially the wood-fired pizzas.
